In my 30s and 40s, I struggled with a plethora of menopausal symptoms, including fatigue, insomnia, mood swings, hot flashes, and night sweats. I found myself confused, frustrated, and utterly clueless about the turmoil unfolding within my body.
Adding to my distress, I developed fibrocystic breast tissue and I was deemed high risk for breast cancer, according to my doctors.
Refusing to accept that there are no solutions, I made it my life’s work to study the real science behind the connection between menopausal symptoms and hormones, and learn why I was struggling for so many years – and I learned how to balance my hormones and heal my body.
