Our one-hour class is designed with the understanding that this might be the first time you are stepping onto the mat or returning after a break. Simple poses will help to boost your energy, build strength, improve your flexibility, protect against bone loss, and more. 

Designed for women over 40 who want to guard against bone loss, improve flexibility, and enhancing mindfulness. Each class begins with a centering meditation to calm the mind and connect with the breath. Let’s start this transformative yoga journey together!
