This week felt like a full-circle moment for me.
I was recently featured in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition blog sharing my journey from corporate leadership to becoming a menopause coach and yoga instructor.
But what really struck me wasn’t the feature itself…
It was reflecting on why I started this journey in the first place.
